NOTE: An extra cleaning fee of 1000 TL is required for stays of less than 7 nights.For the months: June, July, August the minimum stay is 7 nights; for months: March, April, May, September – the minimum stay is 5 nights.

NOTE: Villas Gaia House 1, Gaia House 2 and Gaia House 3 are next to each other. This is an ideal option to rent the villas for thoose who want to stay close to each other.

Bedrooms :

1. Bedroom: The master family bedroom, which is designed in a very modern way, has 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, TV, A/C, bathtub and Bathroom / WC.
2. Bedroom: Villa Gaia’s teen’s suite bedroom; There are 2 single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, A/C, bathroom/WC.

Living Room: We offer comfortable sitting group in the living room for you our valued guests, mini coffee table, LCD TV, A/C.

Kitchen: Villa’s modern kitchen  offers everything that you may need. Refrigerator, microwave, oven, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, electric kettle (kettle), pan & saucepan set, 4-persons dinner set, cutlery set, glass and coffee cups set, toaster, coffee machine and a dining table in the island kitchen concept for you, our esteemed guests.

Pool: Our villa has a private outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 10mx4.5m and 1.40m deep. Pool and Garden is cleaned once a day in the mornings or evenings.

Private Garden: In the private garden of Villa Gaia, there is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, garden seating group and BBQ area.

Internet : There is Wi-fi internet connection in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, there may be cross-sections originating from internet service providers. Using Internet; e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites are sufficient, but watching movies and videos, downloading files may not be good enough.

Important Information: Pool and garden maintenance is carried out by the staff Daily. Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the prices. There is no additional fee required. We deliver you clean villa. Additional new sheets, towels, extra cleaning, rent a car, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. There are no hygienic consumption needs (toilet paper, water, spices, etc.) in the villas. All our villas are located in nature, pestcontrol (spraying)  is done regularly. Despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. are likely to be found. The pool of the villa is located in a place that is not visible, however we cannot give a 100% guarantee that it will not be visible to outsiders.

Damage Deposit: To prevent damage, loss, breakages, dump, etc. a deposit of 2000 TL is required on arrival. The deposit is refundable on departure if non of these occur.

**Kayaköy**: It is a quiet settlement in terms of its geographical structure. (It’s a village.)
